為什麼我們不使 AVG 8.5 支援舊的作業系統?
不幸的是，所有 AVG 產品，像是引擎掃描，無法在舊版作業系統上使用。這些系統沒有提供必要的系統功能來偵查或是移除病毒，並且已經有許多年沒有進行更新。因此，我們無法保證能提供舊版作業系統足夠的防護。

解決辦法
我們建議您升級您的作業系統然後下載最新的服務支援來使用所有 AVG 的功能。同時建議您使用 WindowsUpdate 來確保您的作業系統使處在於最新狀態。
